Mike Miles

Mike is a former member of the United States Air Force, where he served as a Security Forces (Military Police) member. In the Air Force, Mike was a qualified expert on both the M4 rifle and the M9 pistol, earning the small arms expert ribbon with cluster. While in the military, Mike continued to seek external firearms training and competed in amateur USPSA competitions.

Since exiting the United States Air Force, Mike has served his local community as a full-time Law Enforcement Officer. Mike is an avid Second Amendment supporter and takes great pride in providing knowledge and instruction to Law Enforcement and civilians in the safe and effective use of firearms.

Mike was certified as a Home Defense and Personal Protection and Kansas Concealed Carry Handgun instructor through the United States Concealed Carry Association. Even now, as an instructor, Mike believes in personal firearms training and seeks every opportunity available to train and continue his growth in the firearms industry. Mike’s laid-back personality, enthusiasm, and passion for training make him a valuable asset to the Rainier Arms Firearms Academy family.
